Merry X-Mas Postcards

Merry X-Mas Everyone! There's no better time than today, to put up these scans. =) These are the Hana Kimi "Merry X-Mas" postcards that were included as furoku, for the Volume 24/1999 issue of Hana To Yume magazine. There are seven postcards total, including one sheet of Hana Kimi X-Mas stickers. Enjoy the scans everyone! Merry X-Mas and Happy Holidays!

Official Trading Cards 2000

Besides the 2002 All Stars trading cards, Hana Kimi was also included in Hana To Yume's "2000 Official Trading Cards." There are ten Hana Kimi cards to this set, featuring a character description on the back and a really beautiful Hisaya Nakajo illustration on the front. =) These can't be bought in stores. The cards were offered as prizes to Hana to Yume readers, who had to send in proofs of purchases to obtain these. *__* They're SO pretty!!!

Hana Kimi was able to release a second in-store drama CD on August 23rd, 2002. This CD is only eight tracks and is slightly shorter than the first in-store CD. ^.^ Drama CD II can be purchased here for 2700 yen. Enjoy the CD and check our Archives if you missed the other two drama CDs.

On April 26th 2000, Hakusensha released the "Hanazakari no Kimitachi e Drama CD I" through Pioneer Records. This CD is the first Hana Kimi drama CD that can be bought and purchased in stores/online. Included in the CD, is the theme song to Hana Kimi! It is called, "Sweet" performed by Kuwashima Houko. This CD can be purchased here for the average price of 2700 yen.

^___^ HELLO!! As many of you know, Hana Kimi was first published in the comic magazine, "Hana To Yume." Sometimes, Hana Kimi would be featured on the cover of the magazine. In the "Character Book" for Hana Kimi, they published some small pictures of the covers. When I saw them, I was like, "Wow.... I want those SO badly...." ^__^ Since then, I have set out on a quest to look for the all the covers. The one featured in this update are all the Hana Kimi covers of the year 2002. Hope you guys like!

Trading Cards

^.^ When you look around the net, you'd notice that other Japanese manga like Chobits or X/1999 have trading cards. Ever wondered if Hana Kimi have trading cards? The answer is "yes!" Hana Kimi does indeed have trading cards. Not official ones that are sold in stores, but ones that are released by "Hana To Yume." Every once in a while, "Hana To Yume" magazine releases a group of trading cards for the series that are running in their magazine. And in order to obtain them, proof of purchases need to be sent in for the cards.

In the 2002 All Stars edition, 8 Hana Kimi cards were released. ^__^ In the front of the cards, are really pretty pictures of Hana Kimi. In the back, they ask a trivia question about the Hana Kimi series and give you multiple answers to choose from. Its really neat! And the cards are very glossy and REALLY pretty.

^__^ Did you know that Hana Kimi has a theme song as well? Its available usually as the last track for the officially released drama CDs. The song is called "Sweet" and is performed by Ashiya Mizuki's seiyuu Kuwashima Houko. What do you think of it?

2001 Spring Calendar
Hana To Yume #8 / 2001 Furoku

Hana Kimi was first published in "Hana To Yume" bi-monthly magazine. ^__^ The magazine gives away different furoku's of different manga (that is featured in their magazine) every month. In the #8 / 2001 issue of "Hana To Yume," the magazine gave all its readers a 2001 Spring Postcard Calendar of Hana Kimi. There are 6 months that are featured in this calendar, and once you're done using it, you can tear out the pages and use them as postcards. ^___^

In the issue of "Hana To Yume #5 / 1999," it announced the release of the very first "drama CD" for Hanazakari no Kimitachi e. The CD was a special and could only be obtained through mailing in a proof of purchase (of the "Hana To Yume" issue). The CD came in a box which included the CD, booklet, and even a special Hana Kimi memo pad.
